Charter House
Location: Wayne, West Virginia

Charter House Apartments is located in Wayne, West Virginia with 73 units available to elderly qualified for Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Charter House was built in 1980 and has been well maintained. Recently it underwent modernization and revitalization to preserve the property and community.  Charter House was a recipient of Low Income Housing Tax credits from the State of West Virginia in 2008.  Additional financing consisted of a mini-mod rehabilitation program loan from the West Virginia Housing Development fund and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Whispering Hills
Locations: Toronto, Ohio

Whispering Hills resides in Toronto, Ohio with 66 units available to families interested in Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Whispering Hills has been well maintained since its construction, but was in need of rehabilitation.  Whispering Hills is a recipient of Low Income Housing Tax credits from the State of Ohio in 2008.  Additional financing consisted of the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Trail West Apartments
Location: Newark, Ohio

Trail West Apartments are located in Newark, Ohio, housing 86 comfortable units for families pursuing section 8 of the National Housing Act.  The Trail West community was a recipient of Low Income Housing Tax credits from the state of Ohio in 2007.  Additional funding included the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assisstance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Covenant House
Location: Toledo, Ohio

Covenant House Apartments is located in Toledo, Ohio with 156 units available to seniors and families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  The community was rehabilitated to provide the necessary near term capital improvements while extending the economic and physical life of the community.  The rehabilitation was funded from The Ohio Housing Finance Agency's issuance of tax exempt bonds and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  The rehabilitation included the modernization of the community room, lobby/sitting room, laundry facilities, and fire control system.  In addition, corridors were brightened with enhanced lighting, wall covering, carpeting, and tile in selected areas.  The units received renovated kitchens, new air conditioning units, new carpeting, bathroom repairs, and a fresh coat of paint.

Location:  Conneaut, Ohio

Highland Place Apartments is located in Conneaut, Ohio with 120 units available to families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Highland Place was originally constructed in 1981 and has been well maintained but was in desperate need of modernization to extend the physical life of the community.  Highland Place is a recipient of Low Income Housing Tax credits from the State of Ohio in 2007.  Additional financing consisted of the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Rolling Hills Townhomes & Cottages aka Powell Apartments
Location:  Parkersburg, West Virginia

Rolling Hills Townhomes & Cottages are located in Parkersburg, West Virginia with 100 units available to families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  The community received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax credits from the State of West Virginia in 2006.  The rehabilitation has been financed through a Freddie Mac Loan and has facilitated new kitchens, baths, and carpeting in every unit.  The rehabilitation also included the complete modernization of the community building, playground area and HVAC systems.  New siding, rooflines and windows have also been installed throughout the community.

Cedar Center Apartments
Location:  University Heights, Ohio

Cedar Center Apartments is located in University Heights, Ohio with 82 units available to seniors pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  The community is currently being rehabilitated to provide the necessary near term capital improvements while extending the economic and physical life of the community.  The rehabilitation is being funded from Cuyahoga County’s issuance of tax exempt bonds and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  The rehabilitation includes the modernization of the community room, lobby/sitting room, laundry facilities and fire control system.  In addition, corridors have been brightened with enhanced lighting, wall covering, carpeting and tile in selected areas.  All units have received renovated kitchens, new air conditioning units, new carpeting, bathroom repairs and a fresh coat of paint. 


Warrensville Community Apartments
Location: Cleveland Heights, Ohio

Heritage Apartments is located in Youngstown, Ohio with 60 units available to seniors pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  The community has been rehabilitated to provide the necessary near term capital improvements while extending the economic and physical life of the community.  The rehabilitation is being funded from Cuyahoga County’s issuance of tax exempt bonds and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  The rehabilitation included the modernization of the community room, lobby/sitting room, laundry facilities and fire control system.  In addition, corridors will be brightened with enhanced lighting, wall covering, carpeting and tile in selected areas.  All units have received renovated kitchens, new air conditioning units, new carpeting, bathroom repairs and a fresh coat of paint. 


Creston Station
Location: Creston, Ohio

Creston Station Apartments is located in the Village of Creston, Ohio with 48 units available to families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Creston Station was originally constructed in 1979 and was in need of a complete modernization and rehabilitation to continue to serve its residents.  The rehabilitation was funded from the issuance of tax exempt bonds from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  Additional financing included the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Division of Rural Development.  The rehabilitation included new bathrooms, kitchens and carpeting in each unit.  The community room will also be completely modernized.


Glenwood Apartments
Location: Millersburg, Ohio

Glenwood Apartments is located in Millersburg, Ohio with 68 units available to families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Glenwood Apartments was originally constructed in 1976 and was in need of a complete modernization and rehabilitation to continue to serve its residents.  The rehabilitation was funded from the issuance of tax exempt bonds from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  Additional financing included the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the
United States Department of Agriculture’s Division of Rural Development.  The rehabilitation includes the new bathrooms, kitchens and carpeting in each unit.   A brand new clubhouse with state of the art laundry facilities, community room, and management office made a wonderful addition to the community.

Village Park Homes aka Sunbury Apartments
Location: Sunbury, Ohio

Village Park Homes is located in Sunbury, Ohio with 40 units available to families pursuant to Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Village Park Homes was formerly known as Sunbury Heights Apartments and was originally constructed in 1980 and in need of a complete modernization and rehabilitation to continue to serve its residents.  The rehabilitation was funded from the issuance of tax exempt bonds from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits which accompany the bond issuance.  Additional financing included the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Division of Rural Development.  The rehabilitation included new bathrooms, kitchens and carpeting in each unit.  

Port Clinton Pointe
Location: Port Clinton, Ohio

Port Clinton Pointe is brand new community that began in October 2007 and was completed in a timely fashion for residents to occupy their home by June 2008.  This community is located in Port Clinton, Ohio and consists of 46 units available to families.  The construction of this community was financed through the receipt of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the state of Ohio in 2006.  Additional financing consists of the receipt of Ohio Housing Development Assistance Program funds and mortgage loan insurance provided by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Division of Rural Development.    This community includes a clubhouse with fitness center, community room, state of the art laundry facility, and management office.
