Positions are currently available at our headquarters in Valley View, Ohio and at our owned and managed communities throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia.

Current Job Opportunities
Project Manager - Development (Cleveland Office) 
Experienced Affordable Housing Real Estate Developer/Project Manager is currently available in the Cleveland office.  The Project Manager will focus on the processes involved with the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing apartment communities, primarily but not limited to affordable housing communities.  Bachelor's degree required and exp. with FHA debt products and HUD market to market program is preferred.

Regional Manager (Huntington, WV Region)
Experienced multi-family, multi-property Affordable Housing Regional Manager to oversee the Southern Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia properties is currently available.

Property Manager (Toledo, Ohio)
Experienced multi-family Affordable Housing Property Manager position is currently available for our Hillcrest Apartments located in Toledo, Ohio.  Prior management experience preferably in an Affordable Housing complex highly desired.
