Meet Our Management Team

Frank T. Sinito, President

 

 


Frank is the President and founder of Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. which he started in 1995.  Frank’s experience ranges from acquiring, managing, developing and constructing affordable housing projects, to acting as the general contractor for the rehabilitation of conventional and subsidized residential housing along with developing commercial properties.  He has utilized his education and experience in all financial aspects of real estate development.  He has used conventional and insured financing and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC’s) to develop properties since 1988. 

 

Alan G. Weckerly, Vice President of Operations 
 


Alan is the Vice President of Operations for Millennia Housing Management Ltd.  which he joined in December 2004.  Alan performed in a Regional Manager capacity from 2004-2009 and currently has supervisory responsibility for 7,000 apartment units in seven states.  Alan's experience ranges from the oversight, management, and day to day operations of HUD, Section 8, 236, 202, 811, Affordable Housing Tax Credit and Rural Development properties.  Alan is a Board Member of MAHMA; member of NAHMA with the NAHP-e designation; a member of NOAA; a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and has the designation of a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).

 

 Julianne Higginbotham, Senior Regional Manager


Julie is a Senior Regional Manager for Millennia Housing Management Ltd.  Her career began with Millennia from 1996-2005 as a Property Manager for The Porter Apartments in Lansing, Michigan.  Currently Julie has continued Regional Manager responsibilities for 8 properties, encompassing 761 units.  She also supervises 3 Regional Manager portfolios for 28 properties encompassing 2,048 units.  Julie is an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and is Star Certified with the United States Department of Agriculture  Rural Development program. 

 

John W. McGinty, Chief Financial Officer

 


John joined the organization in 1999 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., Millennia Housing Development, Ltd. and American Preservation Builders, LLC.  He is responsible for the direction and oversight of all accounting operations; financial and tax reporting functions; human resources administration; risk management administration; carryover, placed in service, and cost certification submissions for tax credit developments; and company administrative procedures for properties in multiple states.


Patti Ferrara, Controller


Patricia has worked for Millennia Housing Management since 1999 where she has been the Controller since 2002.  At Millennia she is responsible for the management of all accounting operations, financial reporting functions, and administrative procedures for properties in multiple states.  She implements company accounting policies and standard operating procedures.  She also assists the Chief Financial Officer in developing and maintaining the Management Information Systems.

 

Bill Reinke, Assistant Controller
 
Bill is a certified public accountant and joined Millennia Housing Management in 2008 with 15+ years experience in accounting related to multi-family real estate.  Bill is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting functions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
 Terry O'Driscoll, Asset Manager
 
Terry is a certified public accountant and he joined Millennia Housing Management in 2007 as an Asset Manager with over 20 years experience in public accounting and multi-family real estate.  Terry is responsible for monitoring the physical and fiscal performance of the properties to meet owners and 3rd party objectives.  This includes review of budgeted operations to actual operations, contract renewal, rent increases and compliance with various agreements and documents related to the properties.

We are pleased to announce that our Seneca Grove property has recently been approved as a Green Communities certified development by Enterprise Community PartnersSeneca Grove is Millennia’s second certified Green Communities project (it’s also our fifth OAHP Green Initiatives project).  Thanks to American Preservation Builders, property management, Millennia Housing Development, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, PNC Bank, CreditVest, Dimit Architects, the City of Painesville and most importantly, the residents (who endured the noise and activity of this significant rehabilitation) for making this project a reality.
