Seneca Grove is Millennia’s second certified Green Communities project (it’s also our fifth OAHP Green Initiatives project). Thanks to American Preservation Builders, property management, Millennia Housing Development, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, PNC Bank, CreditVest, Dimit Architects, the City of Painesville and most importantly, the residents (who endured the noise and activity of this significant rehabilitation) for making this project a reality.
