- Covington Gardens and Buckeye/Union Miles Homes received the Silver Key Award for Curb Appeal.
- Silver Key Awards for Overall Community Appeal were awarded to Renaissance at Fairfax Park, South Westerly Apartments, Andrews Place Apartments, Beachpark Towers, Carey East, Holy Redeemer Senior Facility, Warrensville Community, and Cedar Center Apartments.
- Renaissance at Fairfax Park received the Silver Key Award for Overall Appeal for a Garden Community.
- Holy Redeemer won the highest honor of the Gold Key for Curb Appeal.
- Steeplechase Apartments was awarded the Gold key for overall community appeal in elderly housing for the second year in a row.
- Andrews Place won the Silver Key for Overall Community Appeal in a Multi Story Community for the second consecutive year.
- Covington Gardens took home the Gold Key for Overall Multifamily Federally Subsidized Curb Appeal.
- Buckeye Union Miles Homes was awarded a Silver Key for Multifamily Curb Appeal.
- Carey East was awarded the top honor of Gold Key for the second year in a row for Overall Appeal of a Garden Community.
- Southwesterly received the Silver Key Award for the fourth year in a row for curb appeal.
