Greensburg Village Renovation Completed!
On Thursday, April 25, Millennia Companies President Frank T. Sinito gathered with Greensburg Village Residents, State Senator David Givens and Mayor Cheatham, City of Greensburg, OCCH Representatives, and many more, to cut the ribbon to the newly renovated Greensburg Village. The $5 million development package of tax credits, equity investors and loans allowed for a plan that substantially improves the residents quality of life while preserving and enhancing the community. The project, spearheaded by Millennia Development LTD, and executed by American Preservation Builders, is now proudly managed by Millennia Housing Management LTD.
